Our Learning
Gone are the bells, the rows of desks, the silent classrooms and fifty-minute periods.
Gone is the peer pressure to be like everyone else and the hours of gazing outside through a window.
Gone are the headaches, tummy aches, trips to the nurses office and junk food lunches.

Redefining Success
At Inspirational Learning Academy®, our Learning Advisors have a role that is fundamentally different than any other school teachers. They have been selected for their ability to motivate, mentor and liaise as well as their knowledge, expertise and their own passion for life-long learning.
- The first step of education is to discover each child’s true potential. A potential plan (individual learning plan) is then developed for each child and constantly upgraded as they progress through school
- Each stage of education is based on children’s natural needs, interests and abilities, avoiding much of the damaging, negative and time-wasting behavior that is increasingly common in schools
- Life education throughout the school helps children to develop a strong and stable character, skill and understanding in relationships and the personal attitudes and qualities required for success and happiness in all areas of life
- Student’s learn by doing, not by thinking, following the principle that you can’t learn life from a book
- Student’s learn expert and professional skills from experts, rather than teachers, saving time and energy and building strong links between school and the community, young people and older people
- Teachers act as guides and advisors, planning and coordinating children’s development and sourcing learning resources but not responsible for supplying every aspect of education
- Student’s are encouraged to serve the community and develop goals that benefit the world, rather than focus only on personal knowledge, money, comfort and success
- Each student has a Learning Advisor and belongs to an advisory pod of no more than 16 students
- Emotional strength and balance is gained through practicing responsible and non-targeted self expression
- A powerful value system that promotes inner-peace, self confidence, life-long learning, resilience, respect towards self and others and the spirit of generosity
